1. What We Collect

Misty Solutions collects minimal data necessary to operate our services:

• License validation: A hashed machine identifier and license key are sent to our server to verify subscription status. We do not collect names, emails, or IP addresses through our plugins.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous usage data (features used, product version) helps us improve our products.
• Payment data: Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your document content and files are never transmitted
• No personal files are accessed or uploaded
• No browsing data or tracking cookies are used by our plugins

3. Data Storage

License data is stored on Cloudflare Workers KV (encrypted at rest). Analytics data is stored in aggregate form with no personal identifiers. Data is retained for a maximum of 90 days.

4. Third-Party Services

• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
• Cloudflare — API hosting and data storage

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third parties.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your license key by contacting us. Upon deletion, your license will be deactivated.

6. Data Security

All communication between our products and servers uses HTTPS encryption. License keys are stored securely using the host application's encrypted storage API.

7. Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL.
