Some products offer free tiers with limited features and paid tiers via subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Paddle). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. License Keys

Paid license keys are tied to your purchase and may be activated on up to 2 machines per product. Sharing or distributing license keys is prohibited and may result in key deactivation without refund.

All payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us or Paddle directly.

All products, including code, design, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Misty Solutions. Work you create using our products is entirely yours.

Your use of our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products.
