1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InDesign Charts ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Plugin is operated by Misty Solutions ("we", "us", "our").

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin for personal or commercial design work. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
• Share your license key with others
• Use the Plugin to create competing products

3. Free and Pro Tiers

The Plugin offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier available via paid subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Paddle). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. License Keys

Pro license keys are tied to your purchase and may be activated on up to 2 machines. Sharing or distributing license keys is prohibited and may result in key deactivation without refund.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy for Pro subscriptions. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Paddle.

6. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Misty Solutions. Charts and designs you create using the Plugin are entirely yours.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Plugin is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Plugin, including but not limited to data loss, document corruption, or printing errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
